1-Week Daliya-Based Weight Loss Breakfast Plan


Day 1: Vegetable Daliya

Ingredients: Gajar, matar, pyaaz, haldi, namak.

Drink: Warm lemon water without sugar.


Day 2: Doodh Daliya (No Sugar)


Ingredients: Daliya + low-fat milk + 4 soaked almonds + 1 date (optional for sweetness).

Tip: Soak daliya overnight for quick cooking.


Day 3: Moong Dal Daliya Khichdi


Ingredients: Moong dal + daliya + lauki/tinda + jeera.

Drink: Jeera water or saunf water after breakfast.

Day 4 : Daily routine vegetable 

Ingredients: Daliya + tomato + green chilli + haldi + dhaniya.

Tip: Cook in mustard oil for added flavor (1/2 tsp only).


Day 5: Sweet Daliya with Jaggery (Gur)


Ingredients: Daliya + milk + 1 tsp grated jaggery + elaichi powder.

Note: Avoid white sugar.


Day 6: Daliya Upma


Ingredients: Daliya + onion + tomato + rai + curry leaves.

Tip: Garnish with lemon juice and hara dhaniya.


Day 7: Plain Salted Daliya + Curd


Ingredients: Simple daliya + 2 tbsp curd + black pepper.

Drink: Mint water (pudina infused).


General Tips:


Portion: 1 medium bowl (not overloaded).

Timing: 8 AM to 9 AM (ideal for breakfast).

Avoid: Refined sugar, too much oil, bakery items.

Stay hydrated: Drink 2-3 liters of water daily.

Evening Snack (optional): Roasted chana or 1 fruit.
