1-Week Daliya-Based Weight Loss Breakfast Plan
Day 1: Vegetable Daliya
Ingredients: Gajar, matar, pyaaz, haldi, namak.

Ingredients: Daliya + low-fat milk + 4 soaked almonds + 1 date (optional for sweetness).
